Alignerr Corp. is seeking an AI Chatbot Tester for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will engage with AI chatbots, assess responses for usefulness and safety, and craft prompts to stress-test AI behavior. The work is flexible and remote, with 10–40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates are curious, articulate writers who can clearly describe quality differences and work independently. No technical AI background required, and ongoing projects may extend.

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Engage AI chatbots in conversations spanning a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex, creative scenarios
• Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems like factual errors, awkward phrasing, bias, or inappropriate outputs
• Design creative and challenging prompts to stress-test AI behavior
• Submit structured, detailed feedback that directly informs AI improvements

Who You Are

• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and don't mind thinking outside the box
• Able to assess quality objectively and articulate what makes a response good or poor
• A clear, confident written communicator
• Comfortable using chat-based tools and online platforms
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No technical background or prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with conversational AI tools
• An eye for nuance — spotting subtle issues others might miss
