What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, harmful language, and ethical concerns

Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate for diverse, real-world audiencesFlag issues clearly and provide structured written feedback using evaluation guidelines

Apply fairness and safety standards consistently across a wide range of topics and content types

Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology

Strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives

Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can cause harm

Clear and articulate written communicator

Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations

No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required

Nice to Have

Experience in journalism, policy, social work, education, or advocacy

Familiarity with concepts like algorithmic bias, content moderation, or AI safety

Background in writing, research, or quality evaluation
