Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical science professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on biomedical content. You will review medical content, validate against current evidence, and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and safety in AI outputs.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Prior experience in medical affairs or scientific communications is preferred; advanced life sciences degree

• Hands-on experience engaging healthcare professionals in field-based or externally facing roles.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical trial data, medical literature, and regulatory materials.
• Comfortable evaluating scientific content quality at scale.
• Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness.
• Validate biomedical information against current clinical evidence, trial data, and regulatory standards.
• Identify errors, misrepresentations, or gaps in AI-generated narratives.
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI outputs in medical contexts.
• Apply HCP communication skills to assess if clinical information is conveyed effectively and safely.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
