FRANK is seeking a generalist at the intersection of product, data, and business operations in Lisbon, Portugal. You will collaborate directly with the founding team to map broker workflows, identify friction, and translate problems into product requirements for engineering.

You will build models, run experiments, and surface insights to drive decisions from pricing to operational efficiency, while scoping and deploying AI features that are actually used, not just demos.

Qualificações

• Analytical and structured thinker with ability to translate problems into requirements.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, no-code platforms, and prompting.
• Business or management interest or background.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in insurance, fintech, or operations.

The role

Product & process

Map broker workflows, identify friction, and translate real problems into product requirements the engineering team can act on.

Data & analysis

Build models, run experiments, and surface insights that drive decisions - from pricing to operational efficiency.

AI implementation

Scope, test, and deploy AI features that actually get used - not demos. You'll be hands-on with tools and prompts.
