Job summary

HAVI in Lisbon seeks an AI & Automation Technical Lead to join its TechHUB. This senior technical contributor will guide design, development and delivery of intelligent automation and AI solutions that accelerate business transformation and scale across platforms.

The role combines deep engineering with a product mindset. You will translate user stories into robust engineering solutions across AI, automation and platform workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT, software development, or automation, with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record delivering intelligent automation/AI at scale.
• Experience with Agentic AI proofs of concept (POCs).
• Understanding of Agentic AI capabilities, architecture, governance.
• Experience integrating Data/Analytics into automation solutions.
• Exposure to the Supply Chain domain is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of AI/Automation solutions.
• Ensure automation initiatives are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture.

We are hiring a AI & Automation Technical Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI & Automation Technical Lead to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!

An AI & Automation Technical Lead is a key member of the AI & Automation Factory and its most senior hands-on technical contributor. This role provides technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering intelligent automation and AI solutions that accelerate business transformation. His/her core responsibility is to ensure that automation initiatives are built on solid technical foundations, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals. The role combines deep engineering expertise, proven experience building platform-scale solutions, and a product-oriented mindset, translating user stories and business requirements into scalable, resilient, and robust engineering solutions across the AI, Automation, and Platform Development workstreams.

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 6+ years of experience in IT, software development, or automation, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering intelligent automation and AI solutions at scale.
• Experience with Agentic AI POCs.
• Understanding Agentic AI capabilities, architecture, and governance principles.
• Experience of integrating Data and Analytics product into automation solutions.
• Exposure to Supply Chain domain is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
