Job summary
Bosch Home Comfort Portugal invites applications for an Extracurricular Internship in AI & Automation Development in Aveiro. The 12‑month, full‑time internship focuses on creating AI-powered digital solutions to streamline procurement and operations, working closely with global engineering teams in an on-site setting.
You will develop automation features, collaborate with stakeholders, and explore Generative AI and workflow innovations while translating business needs into practical software
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Academic or personal projects in software development, automation or AI are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Python and software development; familiarity with AI, automation tools or LLMs is valued.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Analytical, structured and able to work independently.
- Curious, proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions and applications to support procurement and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through AI and automation technologies.
- Support the development and testing of Generative AI and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and contribute with new ideas and innovative approaches.
