Bosch Aveiro is offering a 12-month internship in Process Digitalization and Automation. You will support the team to identify opportunities to simplify business processes via digital solutions and help translate challenges into use cases.

You will train end-users, explore AI technologies, and contribute to AI agents design and automation testing. The role requires a strong technical background, knowledge of .NET/C#/JavaScript, and good English and Portuguese communication.

Qualificações

• High degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of web application architecture and development.
• Knowledge in programming languages, particularly .NET framework, C# and Javascript is an advantage and knowledge in other digital tools (PowerBI, Automate and Databases).
• Good communication skills both in English and Portuguese.
• Results-oriented mindset, a proactive attitude and a structured way of working.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to understand their needs and with the team identify the appropriate technologies to be used.
• Help structure and facilitate working sessions.
• Translate business challenges into practical use cases.
• Train the internal end-user in the new digitalized process.
• Exploring emerging AI technologies in Bosch's environment.
• Contributing to the design and internal development of AI agents and process automation.
• Testing their functionality, usability, and suitability for specific processes.
• Document findings, gather user feedback, and support the continuous improvement and adoption of the solutions developed
