Luza Tecnologia seeks an experienced AI Product Lead to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven SaaS products. You will work with engineering, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes customer discovery, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact products at pace in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading software products in Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Leadership roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product discovery, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsabilidades
