Ryanair - Europe'S Favourite Airline is seeking an ADMIN based in Porto (OPO), Portugal, to support Ryanair's engineering function. You will handle staff travel, IDs, station supplies, and documentation while maintaining high standards within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires energy, initiative, and the ability to work well as part of a team. A Portuguese contract with full-time hours is offered, alongside career progression and private health insurance.

Responsabilités

• Staff travel (flight, train, hotel) bookings for staff.
• Manage airport IDs/PCPs for staff and vehicles.
• Handle station supplies and uniform issues.
• Maintain background checks and security clearances.
• Support maintenance data and regulatory compliance through documentation.

JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Portugal, Spain and Morocco. JCAM is currently recruiting an ADMIN to be based in Porto (OPO), Portugal.

Main Tasks For This Role Will Be

Staff travel (Flight, Train tickets and Hotel Bookings) Airport IDs/PCPs for staff and vehicles Station supplies (IDs for truck + driver for deliveries) Uniform issues and requests Background check and Security Clearances Database Maintenance planning support Maintenance data and records analysis Repair and Modification Support Documentation and regulatory compliance Technical support and assistance to senior engineers.

Requirements

• Driver's license B;
• Fluent English;
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
• Excellent communicationand organization skills;
• Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment;
• A valid EU/EEA passportwith unrestricted right to live and work in European Union.
