Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing Global Business Services team in Lisbon. You will manage customer accounts, monitor balances and support collections across multiple markets, ensuring accurate cash application.

You will work with internal stakeholders to maintain cash flow, handle reconciliations, and continuously improve processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Lisbon. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting end-to-end accounts receivable processes across multiple markets and business units.

As part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, supporting collections activities, and ensuring accurate cash application. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and finance teams to maintain healthy cash flow and deliver high-quality service.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
