Randstad is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, ensure timely cash application, and resolve deductions. The role focuses on reducing the cash conversion cycle while delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and Office tools.
• Experience with SAP Finance, Adyen or similar financial software; knowledge of C2C processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer account inquiries, payment status, and receivables issues.
• Monitor customer payment behavior and ensure compliance with terms.
• Drive collections and dunning processes to improve cash flow.
• Apply cash payments to open AR balances and reconcile payments to invoices.
• Investigate unidentified payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Sales, Treasury and Finance to optimize processes.
• Support month- and year-end closing and audit requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Report AR KPIs and cash flow performance.
