We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the accurate processing of customer payments, reconciliations, and cash allocation activities within a multinational environment. Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Application & Processing: Manage customer payments, cash allocation activities, and Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records;
• Reconciliation & Controls: Perform account reconciliations, investigate payment discrepancies, resolve outstanding issues, and maintain compliance with internal controls and financial procedures;
• Closing & Reporting: Support month-end and year-end activities through reconciliations, reporting, and preparation of documentation to ensure accurate financial results;
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and other business teams to resolve queries, improve processes, and ensure an efficient customer payment cycle;

Profile

What you bring:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or a similar Finance function, ideally within an international or Shared Services environment;
• Technical: Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, reconciliations, cash application, and financial controls, combined with experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel;
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (+B2), with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment;
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement;
