Job summary

Dauch is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Porto team in a hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will manage cash application, aging, and collections, while supporting process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within Finance.

The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of billing and O2C processes, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset to meet tight deadlines. ERP systems familiarity is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash remittance application (cash allocation).
• Prepare reports on outstanding balances and collections.
• Support AR aging analysis and customer account reviews.
• Create credit and collection reports.
• Collaborate with other Finance teams (e.g., GL).
• Execute month-end tasks: reconciliations, reports, bookings.
• Propose process improvements and lead team projects.
• Provide regular feedback to your line manager.
