Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our team. The role focuses on invoice processing, travel expense support, and handling vendor inquiries. You will interact with multiple departments to ensure accurate accounts and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or accounting administration experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry.
• Experience resolving invoice issues.
• Knowledge of standard accounting concepts.
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices: verify items ordered, received and priced; obtain approvals.
• Support corporate travel program: review expense reports and assist with inquiries.
• Handle internal/external inquiries about account status and discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor statements and liaise between departments and vendors.
• Comply with safety and finance/purchasing policies.
