Job summary

Greenvolt is seeking an Accounts Receivable Trainee to join our team in Lisbon. You will support invoice issuance, payment allocation, and ensure compliance with company policies while learning our international processes.

This internship offers a hybrid work model (2 days remote per week) with a direct internship contract. You will develop accounting skills in a dynamic energy transition environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good command of Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice issuance and payment processing activities.
• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliations and reporting.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.
