Qualificações

• Diploma em Contabilidade, Finanças, Gestão ou Economia.
• Mais de 1 ano em função similar.
• Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito) e búlgaro (falado e escrito).
• Experiência em Business Services Center é uma mais-valia.

Responsabilidades

• Executar atividades gerais de contas a pagar garantindo pagamentos atempados conforme análise/reconciliações.
• Processar faturas e notas de crédito.
• Gerir perguntas de fornecedores.
• Preparar propostas de pagamento.
• Executar reconciliações de fornecedores (débito/crédito).
• Executar controles padrão.
• Processar pagamentos adiantados/urgentes.
• Atribuir débito direto, pagamentos manuais, lodge cards.
• Relatar necessidades de alterações de dados bancários no Master Data.
• Dar apoio a outras tarefas operacionais.

• Perform general accounts payables activities ensuring payments on time concerning respective analysis/reconciliations in line with quality and corporate standards
• Process invoices and credit notes
• Manage suppliers queries
• Prepare payment proposals
• Execute supplier reconciliations (debtor & creditor balance)
• Execute standard controls
• Process Advance/Urgent payments
• Allocate Direct debit, manual payments, lodge cards
• Report needs for bank details changes in Master Data
• Support on other operational tasks

Are you a MATCH?

• Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy (Nice to have)
• More than 1 year in similar function
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)and Bulgarian (written and spoken)
• Experience in Business Services Center is a plus
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable
