The Finance Department plays a key role in the sustainability and growth of the organization, ensuring a rigorous and efficient management of financial resources. This position is responsible for monitoring and controlling accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and maintaining the smooth financial functioning of the company.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Minimum education level of 12th grade (secondary education)
• Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (with a strong focus on Excel)
• Knowledge of Primavera software (preferred)
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills
• Proactive, flexible, and solution‑oriented mindset
