PwC Porto, part of PwC Portugal and PwC Luxembourg's international partnership, invites energetic graduates to join the Managed Services accounting group in our Porto office. You will support international clients, handle bookkeeping, and contribute to financial reporting under LuxGAAP, IFRS, and USGAAP as you grow your technical skills and client-facing confidence.

Qualificações

• Master degree in Economics, Accounting or Management (taxation qualification a plus).
• Interest in Tax and Accounting and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Good communication and organizational skills; collaborative work ability.
• English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for international clients and improve client relations.
• Supervise accounting and tax aspects of a portfolio of international clients.
• Assist with bookkeeping, annual accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting Department colleagues across borders to deliver high-quality client support.
• Develop technical accounting knowledge (LuxGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP) and business understanding through coaching and training.

Your mission:

Are you looking to kick-start your career in an international team? Our fast-growing accounting department is looking for motivated young professionals eager to learn, grow, and develop within an international PwC environment.

As part of our fast-growing Managed Services team, you will support international clients in managing their Accounting responsibilities. You will be the main contact for our clients, and continually improve client relations and develop our business activities You will gain a deep understanding of clients’ key operations (processes, data, technology...), and contribute to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency, while also helping identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive operational improvements.

This opportunity will allow you to build solid technical, analytical and client-facing skills, while gaining valuable insight into how international organisations manage their tax operations in an increasingly digital environment.

• Be the main contact for our clients, and continually improve client relations and develop our business activities
• Supervise and regularly manage the accounting and tax aspects of a portfolio of international clients
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, preparation of annual accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting tasks
• Work closely with international colleagues across the Accounting Department to deliver high-quality client support
• Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including international groups, operating companies, and holding structures
• Develop your technical accounting (LuxGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP, etc.); and business knowledge through continuous coaching, training, and hands-on experience

Let’s talk about you. If you…

• Are in your final year of, or already have, a Master degree in Economics, Accounting or Management (additional qualification in taxation is a plus) or any relevant university degree
• Have a strong interest in Tax and Accounting, and are eager to learn
• Have curiosity, motivation to learn, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Have good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Have english Proficiency (oral and written)
