Webasto Group is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage supplier documents, reconcile accounts and oversee third-party supplier GR/IR activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration within a hybrid work setting.

You will work with SAP and MS Office to ensure timely and precise processing, while benefiting from a career path, health insurance, and the Webasto Academy for skill development.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Experience in SAP.
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
• High level of accountability and accuracy.
• Team player with a good sense for different country cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process incoming supplier documents / requests (OCR, invoices, credit notes, dunning letters, balance confirmations, vendor reconciliations, etc).
• Management of supplier accounts (debit balances, recurring entries, aging reports, reco).
• Manage 3rd party suppliers GR/IR accounts.

Salary Range: 25k - 35k
