Webasto Portugal is seeking a finance professional to manage intercompany accounting in the Lisbon area. You will handle invoices, postings, and reconciliations while coordinating with diverse teams across the organization.

We value analytical thinkers who are accurate, communicative, and fluent in English, with 1–3 years in accounting and SAP-FI experience. A collaborative, multicultural environment awaits.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a shared service environment.
• Experience with SAP-FI.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel).
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset and a high level of accountability and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Critical Thinking to analyze complex topics.
• Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures.
• Fluent in English - All applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English.
• Additional language skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming intercompany invoices.
• Ensure correct processing of invoices, credits and debit notes, including posting and check of legal requirements on both, payables and receivables side.
• Liaise with stakeholders and teams to solve issues with Intercompany documents.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and follow up in case of mismatch.
• Ensure ICO month closing activities are timely executed.
• Allocation of payments/ receipts to the respective documents.
• Perform Intercompany netting.
• Prepares reports to the stakeholders.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement initiatives within ICO.
