Axians Portugal is seeking a Senior Acceptance Tester to contribute to a complex IT environment. You will design and extend automated testing frameworks, including AI-driven solutions, to ensure quality, security, and reliability across applications and end-to-end processes.

You will collaborate with technical teams to improve test coverage and drive automation via modern DevOps practices, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting testing initiatives.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Senior-level experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience working with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, work as part of a team, and support organizational change.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Acceptance Tester to join a Test Automation project within a complex IT environment. This role focuses on building and enhancing automated testing frameworks, creating AI-driven testing solutions, and ensuring quality, security, and reliability across applications and end-to-end processes. You will work closely with technical teams to improve test coverage and support automation initiatives through modern DevOps practices.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Build new automated tests for IT applications.
• Create AI agents to support functional and technical testing activities.
• Enhance automation capabilities across end-to-end testing processes.
• Analyze test coverage and ensure quality and security requirements are met.
• Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

Your Key Skills

• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright and Cypress.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Python.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Your Main Qualifications
