iBET is offering a Research Fellowship (MSc) in Translational Immunology within the AdCAM project. The role focuses on hiPSC-derived macrophages, enabling scalable bioprocessing and CAR constructs. Strong emphasis on teamwork, independent work, and clear scientific communication.

The candidate should hold a Master’s in a related field, have experience with hPSC and genetic engineering, and demonstrate proficiency in English. The fellowship lasts 12 months with a March 1, 2026 start date.

Formación

• Master’s degree with average grade of at least 18.
• Experience working with human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) and genetic engineering.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Culture and differentiate hiPSC into macrophages.
• Genomic engineering using CRISPR and cassette exchange.
• Culture in bioreactors and scale-up production.
• Functionally characterize cells by qPCR, flow cytometry and microscopy.
