Our client is a private investor in offshore wind worldwide, currently developing its Construction Team in Poland. For this reason they are looking to add another professional for their Document Control team. This is a limited contract role until 2028 under a B2B contract only. The role could be REMOTE with travelling involved from time to time to Warsaw.

KEY ACCOUNTABiLITIES IN THE POSITION:

• Responsible for Management of the project's control system;
• Providing an excellent service to project and wider team to allow accurate recording and sharing of information;
• Responsible for organizing and developing regular reporting of project to sponsor and other stakeholders;
• Coordination of Board Papers and sharing of information to project stakeholders;
• Compliance register ensuring project meets all of its commitments to 3rd parties;
• Supporting the creation of each project environment in the new DMS, configuring their accesses, and considering possible peculiarities to be implemented;
• Supporting on information migration from existing systems to the global DMS;
• Maintaining a compliant with the global standards (document structure, workflows, attributes, and naming convention);
• Training employees on the SharePoint and DMS process and the use of the toll;
• Supporting project employees on the difficulties and doubts that they may have while using the toll.

Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Several years of professional experience in technical document control and documentation flow platforms as well as project documentation management;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office software (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft SharePoint;
• Fluent Polish and good knowledge of English, including technical knowledge;
• Developed interpersonal skills (including teamwork);
• Proactivity and solution-oriented attitude, ability to manage time, organize own work and prioritize tasks;
• High work ethic, reliability, meticulousness, including responsibility for the results of assigned tasks;
• Focus on improving your qualifications;
• Additional skills such as: knowledge of Business Collaborator, Aconex, OwnCloud.
