What the day will look like

As the Regional Workforce Administration Processes Coordinator, you’ll be the expert and owner of HR process delivery for your region. You will:

  • Enhance and govern HR process design, implementation, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate process reviews, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements with delivery partners.
  • Oversee service quality audits, track KPIs, and support privacy and data protection requirements.
  • Advise stakeholders on complex HR issues and support training, change management, and project delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.

This role offers full ownership of regional HR processes, exposure to senior leadership, and hands‑on involvement in HR transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with global and local teams, influence process innovation, and develop your expertise in project management, quality control, and vendor management – all while shaping the future of HR at Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration, ideally with exposure to HR systems (Workday, ATS).
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+), with additional languages a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • University degree or equivalent (HR/Administration preferred).
