Job summary
A luxury concierge service in Kraków is seeking a skilled communicator to assist customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will provide information about services and pricing while working collaboratively with internal teams. Strong English language skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential. Competitive salary ranges from 550 € to 700 € plus commissions.

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry in various platforms.

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
All our services are high ticket sales with a fairly high conversion rate on our services.
550 € - 700 € + Commissions.
