As our Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe and worldwide — sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class technical talent. This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership.

You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

📍Location: Remote - this role is available across all EU countries with overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

Where you'll create impact
  • You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles
  • You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
  • You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
  • You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
  • You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
  • You’ll manage and guide 1–2 sourcers to maximize output and scale capacity
  • You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

  • Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
