A leading AI tech company is seeking a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, and product roles. With 4+ years of experience in high-growth startups, you will shape the recruiting strategy and build a strong employer brand. As our Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe and worldwide — sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class technical talent. This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership.
You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.
📍Location: Remote - this role is available across all EU countries with overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)
