- Support and ensure the operational reliability of the KUREPO invoicing solution
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems for our applications
- Drive technical decisions and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for system improvement
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable, distributed systems
- Strong PL/SQL knowledge
- Experience with Node.js and React
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes)
- Proficient with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Skilled in working with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for code quality and technical excellence
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English
- Experience with Java, including Spring and SpringBoot
- Experience with Kafka
- Proficiency in German
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Experience with GCP and services like BigQuery
