This role involves shaping the sales strategy and building a pipeline of new business opportunities in the Polish IT market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales within the IT services sector, a strong network, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will play a key role in rebuilding and shaping our commercial engine. At this stage, we do not operate a fully automated sales machine, inbound lead funnel, or large marketing department. Instead, we are looking for a strategic sales partner who will work closely with management to co-create, test, and refine our go-to-market approach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up, understands how IT services are sold in practice, and wants real influence on how sales is done - not just execution of predefined processes.
