A startup focused on cultural transformation is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer / Co-founder to drive revenue generation from the ground up. This hands-on role entails developing monetisation models for cultural institutions and shaping the company's strategic direction. The position offers a competitive remuneration of at least PLN 17,000 net B2B plus equity in the startup.

We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer / Co-founder to co-build a startup focused on the digital transformation of cultural institutions.
This is a hands‑on founder role, not a corporate CRO position.
You will be responsible for building revenue from zero, validating monetisation models, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy, and co‑managing the company together with the founding team.
Your mission is to turn culture digitalisation into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine, combining sales, partnerships, pricing, analytics, and product thinking in an early‑stage, high‑uncertainty environment.
As CRO / Co‑founder, you will be responsible for:
Designing, testing, and iterating initial monetisation models for cultural institutions, including:
B2B subscriptions (SaaS / service‑based),
project‑based implementations,
usage‑based or modular pricing,
long‑term institutional partnerships.
Building the first repeatable sales processes from scratch,
Owning sales and marketing strategy end‑to‑end,
Building and maintaining relationships with:
cultural institutions,
public organisations,
strategic partners and stakeholders.
Leading negotiations and value‑based selling (problem → outcome → value),
Designing and analysing key KPIs:
CAC, LTV,
conversion funnel,
sales cycle length,
retention and expansion.
Running structured experiments (hypothesis → test → data → decision),
Optimising conversion across sales funnels and onboarding processes,
Co‑managing the company together with the founding team,
Actively shaping product direction based on market feedback,
Building and leading a small, high‑impact team,
Monitoring technology and industry trends relevant to digital culture,
Participating in investor communication and pitch preparation,
Overseeing revenue‑related financial planning (forecasting, budgeting).
At least 5‑7+ years of proven track record in revenue, sales, growth, or partnerships in startups,
Proven experience in building revenue from scratch (0 → first customers),
Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in complex or non‑obvious markets,
Excellent analytical mindset: data‑driven decision making,
Ability to work in high uncertainty (pre‑PMF) environments,
Founder mentality: ownership, accountability, speed,
Strong negotiation and value‑selling skills,
C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish.
Experience working with or selling to cultural institutions / public sector,
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects,
Experience in fundraising or working with investors,
Knowledge of process design and project management,
Scaling revenue beyond initial validation phase.
