Job summary
A creative marketing agency in Kraków is seeking a Freelance Creative & HubSpot Specialist to support with landing page design and creative content production. This role allows 10-20 hours per month, ideal for someone proficient in HubSpot and design tools like Figma and Canva. The candidate should possess solid design skills and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.

Freelance Creative & HubSpot Specialist (10–20h/month)
We’re seeking a freelance specialist to support our marketing team with creative content production and HubSpot-based landing page design. This is a flexible, recurring collaboration (approx. 10–20 hours/month) with the potential for growth.
- Design & build landing pages using HubSpot CMS
- Work independently in Figma, Canva Premium and AI tools like Midjourney, HeyGen (avatars, visuals, video)
- Prepare web‑ready graphics, banners, mockups, and visuals for content campaigns
- Support with marketing assets for digital campaigns (e.g. PDF one‑pagers, visuals)
- Collaborate with devs when updates to our custom Ruby on Rails site are needed
- Strong experience with HubSpot CMS (including building LPs from templates or scratch, workflows)
- Fluency in Figma and Canva Premium
- Ability to use AI tools (Midjourney, HeyGen, ChatGPT etc) to accelerate creative work
- Solid design skills (brand consistency, layout, responsiveness)
- Basic technical understanding of HTML/CSS for web editing and clear communication with devs
- Bonus: experience working with developers or custom‑built websites (Ruby on Rails)
