Choose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Select your locationSelect your locationIndustriesChoose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Opole, Kraków, Katowice# Knowledge Transfer Lead with German## **YOUR ROLE**The role of the Knowledge Transfer Lead aims to organize, manage and execute all the necessary tasks needed to move knowledge from an organization to Capgemini.KTL team is looking for someone who is well organized and who will be be able to take on any new challenges presented to him/her as each transition is different from another.## **YOUR TASKS*** Conduction of Knowledge Transfer related activities for on-going transitions* Request Due Diligence information from Transition Manager and plan discovery with TM* Team leading of Knowledge Gatherers in transition/projects* Close co-operation with current service provider, the Customer and Delivery teams* Clear definition of KT planning with assigned responsibilities and accountabilities* Adequate analysis and detailed preparation of all KT artefacts* Send regular status reports* Organization of quality stage gates and UAT sessions* Participation/supervision of KT sessions - reports review, ticket data analysis, procedures review, knowledge base/documentation review## **YOUR PROFILE*** Service Desk background* Experience in Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office would be an advantage* Knowledge of project management methodologies/best practices would be an advantage* Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills* Team leading of Knowledge Gatherers in transition/projects* Excellent English and German communications skills (both written and oral)* Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders* Team player with a positive attitude* **Well-being culture:** medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
