A leading InsurTech company is seeking two Senior Product Owners/Business Analysts fluent in French or Italian for long-term digital product initiatives. In this fully remote role, candidates will work closely with management to shape and execute the product roadmap, define user requirements, and manage product performance metrics post-launch. Candidates should have a degree in Business or IT, and at least three years’ experience in product management. Strong communication skills and experience with Agile methodology are essential.

Obowiązki
Work closely with the CX/Digital Leader and management to understand the product vision, priorities, and contribute to shaping and executing the product roadmap
Collaborate with the Product Lead to create and maintain a value-driven product backlog aligned with ROI
Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear and functional specifications for developers and product owners
Document user stories, workflows, and data mappings
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and validate that outputs meet business expectations
Assist in developing and implementing the go-to-market plan, collaborating with all relevant departments
Develop and track product performance metrics post-launch to support future iterations
Plan and manage product release cycles, setting clear expectations for delivery
Participate in feature validation and product launch activities to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria
Provide end-user support, monitor system behaviour, respond to queries, troubleshoot and elevate issues when necessary
Manage and track issues across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring proper prioritisation and coordination with stakeholders
Wymagania
Written and spoken English + French/Italian (depending on the role)
Degree in Business or Information Technology
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital product management as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
Hands‑on experience in defining user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing
Experience working with Agile methodology and offshore teams
Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system integrations); SaaS experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business users and vendors
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to present findings logically and systematically
Strong documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Proactive, self‑driven, able to work independently and in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
Strong team player mindset
Advantage: familiarity with the insurance industry
