Job summary
A dynamic technology company based in Poland is seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer to take on a technical leadership role in software projects for clients in Scandinavia. The role involves working with Guidewire modules, mentoring team members, and integrating systems. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Guidewire, proficiency in Java and Gosu, and a solid understanding of CI/CD workflows. The position offers fully remote work and the opportunity to work on impactful international projects.

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role—mentoring mid‑level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.
- Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or Integrations.
