Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Project Coordinator in Gdynia, Poland.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Szczecin area.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project cargo for a large-scale multiyear project, including but not limited to:
• Discharge of incoming vessels
• Transfer to storage facilities
• Inventory management
• Reloading to trucks or load-out on barges

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records
• Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with operational goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and site management
• Assist in daily business activities in a global environment
• Support activities around Szczecin

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project logistics and site management
• Proven track record in coordinating large-scale cargo operations
• Strong understanding of maritime and land-based logistics processes
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
• Experience in heavy lifting operations
• Supervisory experience in vessel or truck operations
