You will:

Quality control of text and voice communications in regions based on existing check lists.

Collection, systematisation, and analysis of assessment data in regions.

Provide feedback on team and individual performance in terms of quality control

Conducting individual training sessions for managers/ team leaders in the regions.

Participation in the grading process for support managers.

You have:

Personal experience in support for at least 3 years;

Strong excel skills;English proficiency level B2 or higher;

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to structure and present information;

Experience in quality control assessment is an advantage;

Experience with AI tools is an advantage;Experience in conducting training sessions/seminars is an advantage.
