Job summary
A data-driven eCommerce powerhouse in Poland seeks a skilled translator coordinator to enhance medical translation quality and manage translation projects. The role involves liaising with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Candidates must have advanced English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and experience in translation. The position offers a supportive culture with remote work flexibility and a competitive salary package between PLN 8700 to 10,500 gross.

- Experience in medical translation would be a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Proofreading and improving the quality of medical translations.
- Act as the main liaison between the client and translation teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of translations, focusing on client satisfaction.
- Manage quality control of the translation process.
- Be flexible and agile in reacting to changes in workload.

- Act as the main liaison between the client (markets), the PM team, Translation manager, and third parties (translation agency)
- Facilitate clear communication and efficient collaboration between all stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of translations, focusing on reducing delivery time and increasing client satisfaction
- Manage quality control of the translation process
- Be flexible and agile in reacting to changes in the workload and priorities, supporting other teams as needed
