Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer.
• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially in ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Guidewire modules.
• Review and write code, ensuring test coverage and code quality.
• Integrate Guidewire with external systems.
• Lead DevOps processes and CI/CD automation.
• Support recruitment efforts for technical team members.
• Participate in occasional business trips.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role – mentoring mid‑level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

Recruitment process

• HR Interview – 20 minutes
• Technical Interview – 30 minutes

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Min +5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer

• Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
• Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
