Job summary

Smith+... is seeking a Territory Manager for Advanced Wound Management (AWM Wound Care) to drive sales across outpatient, hospital tender, and prescription channels. The territory covers Podkarpackie and Świętokrzyskie regions, Poland.

You will educate customers, manage tenders, and build lasting relationships with clinicians while achieving targets and ensuring policy compliance. Polish is required with English at least B2, and a minimum of two years in medical sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a similar role (Medical Sales/Consultant).
• Knowledge of chronic wound management is advantageous.
• Self-directed and motivated with learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales of the AWM portfolio to meet targets in the assigned territory.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of territory, customers, buying processes and market trends.
• Build long-term relationships with the medical community through regular meetings with doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
• Manage hospital tender activities for the AWM portfolio, including opportunity identification and submissions.
