Elsewhere Entertainment Z.O.O. in Poland is seeking an experienced Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale game environments and content-building pipelines.

You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, translate vision into milestones, manage schedules, and ensure quality from grey-box to polish while meeting project milestones. This role emphasizes collaboration, inclusive culture, and clear communication with internal teams and outsourcing partners.

Qualifications

• Proven production or project management experience in AAA game environments.
• Strong understanding of world-building pipelines from layout to asset integration and optimization.
• Ability to bridge creative and technical teams and translate vision into milestones.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage Content Design and Environment roadmap with senior leads.
• Translate environmental design into structured deliverables and milestones for artists and designers.
• Coordinate with Tech Design, Lighting, VFX, QA to ensure alignment on tech, visuals, and performance.
• Oversee scheduling, asset iteration tracking from grey-box to final polish within timelines.
• Manage workload distribution and resource planning across environment teams and art support.
• Lead review cycles and playtest feedback focused on navigation, storytelling, and streaming performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to world scope, memory budgets, and asset dependencies.
• Support clear communication with outsourced partners and internal world teams.
