Job summary

Elsewhere Entertainment is seeking a Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale game environments and content pipelines. You will align design and artistic visions with project milestones, managing schedules, asset iteration, and collaboration across Content Design and Environment Art teams.

The role requires excellent cross-disciplinary communication, knowledge of world-building pipelines, and a hands-on approach to keeping projects on schedule and within quality

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production or project management in games, specifically supporting World Design, Level Design, or Environment Art teams.
  • Strong understanding of world-building pipelines, from layout to modular asset integration, lighting, and optimization.
  • Experience supporting art and engineering teams in a AAA development environment.
  • Ability to bridge communication between creative environment artists and technical software engineers.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience creating, tracking, and updating detailed production schedules.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ShotGrid, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Content Director, Art Leads, and Production leadership to define and manage the Content Design and Environment roadmap.
  • Translate environmental and spatial vision into structured deliverables and milestones for designers and artists.
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary leads to ensure technical, visual, and performance alignment.
  • Oversee scheduling, asset iteration tracking, and ensure quality within timelines.
  • Manage workload distribution and resource planning across teams.
  • Facilitate review cycles and playtest feedback on world navigation and storytelling.
