Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior External Development Producer to ensure high-quality delivery of external and internal projects while building strong ties with external partners. The role requires organization, efficiency across teams, and a focus on third-party collaboration for major games.

Responsibilities include coordinating milestone deliveries, evaluating progress, mitigating risks, and supporting budgeting and contracts. Hybrid/in-office in Warsaw, relocation is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, PM or Release Manager in gaming.
• Experience shipping complex AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the development team in the preparation of milestones deliveries and console submissions.
• Evaluating product milestones and providing regular feedback to the development team.
• Planning and applying proper development processes, tools and tasks used to start and complete a project.
• Identifying and actively mitigating project risks, playing whatever role is necessary to contribute to a successful outcome.
• Synchronising the planning between teams to assure effective task-flow.
• Ensuring the proper communication flow between external partners, stakeholders and the development team.
• Actively contributing to business and legal negotiations, assisting with budgeting and contracts creation.
• Working closely with the development teams and taking part in preparation of builds to external partners.
