Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a Senior External Development Producer to drive high-quality delivery of external and internal projects and strengthen ties with 3rd party partners. You will coordinate milestones, evaluate progress, and help establish development processes across teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years as a producer or release manager in gaming, experience shipping AAA or innovative mobile titles, and strong cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience shipping complex game projects, including AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Proven ability to effectively work across teams involved in a game development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the development team in milestone deliveries and console submissions.
• Providing regular feedback on product milestones to the development team.
• Planning and applying proper development processes, tools and tasks for project start and completion.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and supporting successful outcomes.
• Synchronising planning across teams to ensure smooth task-flow.
• Ensuring clear communication flow between external partners, stakeholders and the development team.
• Assisting with budgeting and contracts creation in business and legal negotiations.
• Preparing builds for external partners and coordinating with development teams.
