Job summary

BlackLine Krakow is seeking a Workplace Manager to build a vibrant, high-performing office environment supporting a global finance automation leader. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate space planning, vendor management, safety, and employee experiences.

In this role you will partner with global Workplace Services, People, Finance, and IT to align policies with local needs, organize events, and ensure a top-tier working atmosphere for our local teams in Krakow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workplace experience, office operations, or hospitality in a multinational environment.
• Experience coordinating workplace technology and IT service delivery is a plus.
• Experience managing office relocation projects, including space planning and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in achieving global workplace policies and initiatives and participate in the Global Workplace Services team.
• Implement the Krakow operation strategy as set by local leaders.
• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless; solve problems quickly.
• Evaluate and implement innovative ways to enhance service delivery and culture in the workplace.
• Cultivate relationships with leadership, employees, and clients to create a customized in-office experience.
• Manage reception and act as virtual directory for employees and guests.
• Ensure health and safety by coordinating a team and vendors; maintain safety protocols.
• Confirm compliance with health, safety, and fire Polish legislation.
• Manage vendor performance for cleaning, supplies, shipments, and maintenance.
• Oversee site upkeep and pre-start checks, ensuring high appearance and operations.
• Lead food and beverage program implementation for the workplace.
• Liaise with building landlord and local vendors; resolve facilities issues.
• Identify efficiencies and value-add opportunities across local operations.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, IT to ensure data integrity and alignment.
• Adhere to procurement, finance, and accounting policies.
• Organize social events and local meetings for BlackLine Krakow.
