Job summary

BlackLine is expanding its Krakow office and seeks a Workplace Manager to oversee local facilities, vendor relationships, and the employee experience. You will partner with Global Workplace Services and the People team to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and engaging on-site activities.

This on-site role requires a proactive, collaborative leader who keeps the workspace welcoming and aligned with BlackLine’s brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Experience in a multinational organisation preferred.
• Event planning and hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience coordinating workplace technology and IT service delivery.
• Proven experience managing office relocation projects, including space planning, vendor management, and workplace setup.

Responsibilities

• Support the Krakow team in achieving global workplace policies and initiatives, and participate in the Global Workplace Services team.
• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate and seamless; adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Evaluate and implement innovative ways to enhance service delivery and culture in the workplace.
• Cultivate strong relationships with leadership, employees, and clients, delivering a personalised experience.
• Manage reception, conference rooms, and the local directory for employees and guests.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, manage vendors, and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Oversee procurement, supplies, and office maintenance; arrive early to prepare the site.
• Lead food and beverage programs and catering for the Krakow site.
• Liaise with building landlord and local vendors; optimise facilities operations and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and People teams to ensure data integrity and policy adherence.
• Plan and organise social activities and local meetings for BlackLine Krakow.
