Job summary

Mindbox Sp. z o.o., a tech-driven company, is seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead. You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery across Java, Python, Node.js, and Go stacks, ensuring security is baked into pipelines and open-source adoption is strategic.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with hands-on coding in two of Java, Python, Node.js, Go.
• Experience with GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, IAP, Cloud SQL.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional squads using Agile.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery prioritization.
• DevSecOps experience: secrets management, container security, compliance-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Technical orchestration: translate business objectives into technical execution plans, identify architectural risks and manage technical debt.
• DevSecOps Leadership: embed security-first standards into delivery, ensuring automation, compliance and risk mitigation at all stages.
• Operational Excellence: manage daily engineering workflows—remove blockers, monitor sprint health, drive effective retrospectives and standups.
• Hands-on Support: perform code reviews, debug Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), troubleshoot production issues when necessary.
• Open Source Advocacy: assess and guide the replacement of proprietary systems with robust open‑source solutions.

Our environment is polyglot (Java, Python, Node.js, and React) and we need a hands‑on Technical Delivery Lead with experience not only in delivery management but also in DevSecOps practices, security compliance, and scalable architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery orchestration, ensuring security is baked into delivery pipelines, risks are assessed early, and open‑source adoption is driven in a strategic, cost‑effective manner.

Wymagania:

• Strong engineering background: 10+ years in software development, with recent hands‑on experience in at least two of: Java, Python, Node.js, Go.
• Expertise in GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Identity‑Aware Proxy, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record in leading cross‑functional squads (Frontend, Backend, SRE) using Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder management: Handle dependencies across related initiatives while managing delivery priorities.
• Practical DevSecOps experience: managing secrets (KMS), implementing container security, compliance‑as‑code.
• Data‑driven approach: Leveraging DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes) for continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• FinTech or Security background (operating in regulated environments).
• GCP cost optimization and capacity planning experience.
