Job summary

UST is seeking a strong Workday Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will support engagements across implementation, AMS, and ongoing delivery while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities include leading functional activities across modules, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective Workday configurations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant Workday experience.
• Hands-on expertise in: Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM.
• Experience across implementation and/or AMS/post-production support engagements.
• Good understanding of Workday configuration and business process design.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
