We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a growing HR Technology team, supporting the development, optimisation, and ongoing management of Workday and related HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to improve HR processes, reporting, and data insights.

The Role

As the HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and an exceptional user experience across the HR function.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, you will play a key role in system improvements, reporting, integrations, and supporting business-critical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality to support HR business needs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise Workday reports and dashboards.
• Manage HR data structures, security roles, business processes, and system configurations.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to HR stakeholders.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and change management activities for Workday releases and enhancements.
• Produce ad hoc and standardised reporting to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Workday HRIS
• Strong experience in Workday configuration and reporting
• Experience creating and maintaining complex Workday reports and dashboards
• Understanding of HR data management, governance, and system administration
• Experience supporting HR technology projects and system enhancements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Workday inbound and outbound integrations
• Exposure to Payroll integrations and reporting
• Knowledge of additional Workday modules would be advantageous
• Experience working within a global or complex organisational environment
