Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a freelance Workday Accounting Center Consultant for a part-time role (~20 hours per week). You will lead implementations, design and optimize Accounting Center solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate accounting needs into effective Workday configurations.

The position offers a hybrid work model with potential occasional remote work and opportunities to engage in international projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Accounting Center implementations.
• Availability for part-time work (~20 hours/week).
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Accounting Center implementations and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design, configure, and optimize Accounting Center solutions per requirements and best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to translate accounting/reporting needs into Workday solutions.
• Provide architecture, configuration, and process-improvement recommendations for Accounting Center.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure successful delivery.
• Support integration and reconciliation of financial data within Workday Accounting Center.
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics datasets to support reporting and data management.

We are looking for:
Workday Accounting Center Consultant (Freelance)
Part-time allocation (approximately 20 hours/week)
Your future role:

• Lead Workday Accounting Center implementations and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle,
• Design, configure, and optimize Accounting Center solutions in line with business requirements and best practices,
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand accounting and reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions,
• Provide recommendations and guidance on Accounting Center architecture, configuration, and process improvements,
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful solution delivery,
• Support the integration and reconciliation of financial data within Workday Accounting Center,
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics datasets to support Accounting Center reporting and data management requirements,
• Ensure adherence to Workday implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices,
• Support client-facing discussions and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.

Apply if you have:

• Strong expertise in Accounting Center design, configuration, and best practices,

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Prism datasets supporting Accounting Center (highly preferred),
