QVC Group Global Business Services seeks a People Data & Reporting Partner to turn workforce data into reliable reports and insights. You’ll build Workday reports, audit HR data, and advise teams on reporting practices within a hybrid on-site role at Kraków.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in reporting, strong Excel and Workday skills, and the ability to communicate insights to HR stakeholders across the globe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in reporting, including 1–2 years building Workday reports.
• Experience analyzing HR data and reporting on HR processes (attrition, absence, payroll, compensation).
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights.
• Understand HR data processes and confidentiality in a global HR environment.
• Ability to communicate insights and collaborate with stakeholders across HR.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday Advanced and Matrix reports, calculated fields, and reporting inventory.
• Analyze workforce data and explain findings to HR stakeholders.
• Audit HR data and reporting processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Advise HR transaction and shared services teams on reporting practices.
• Partner with global HR stakeholders to develop clear, accurate reports and visualizations.
