Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Workday Analyst to join the global HR Technology team and support Workday HRIS across multiple projects.

The role involves day-to-day Workday module support (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Off), issue resolution, testing, documentation, and training internal clients on new processes. English advanced is required, and 100% remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HRIS required.
• Experience with Workday configuration is a plus.
• Payroll knowledge/experience desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen in a technical environment.
• Collaborates well with others and has attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• English language proficiency (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support for Workday HRIS across modules (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Off).
• Researches and resolves issues, defects, and process flaws using SOPs and best practices.
• Creates test scenarios and scripts; performs system testing and coordinates user testing.
• Documents SOPs and trains internal clients on new processes in Time Off and Absence modules.
• Escalates issues to the Global HR Technology team when needed.
